Profile Picture

Rise of Kingdoms crops every profile picture to a circle and zooms in, so the edges of your image get cut off in-game. The /pfp command fixes that. Upload any picture and the bot adds padding around it, then hands back a ready-to-use file plus a preview of exactly how it will look once the game applies its circular frame. It is a free command, so anyone can use it in any server.

When you run /pfp with an image, the bot does a few things and replies privately (only you can see the result):

  1. It pads your image onto a slightly larger square canvas, filling the extra space with a blurred, darkened copy of your picture so the background blends in.
  2. It draws a red guide circle on the padded image. That circle marks the exact area Rise of Kingdoms will keep after its crop. Anything inside the circle survives, anything outside gets trimmed.
  3. It generates a round preview with a gold in-game frame so you can see the final look before you ever touch the game.

You get two files back:

  • rok_profile_picture.png - the padded image to upload in-game.
  • preview.png - the circular preview, shown as the thumbnail on the reply.

To use it, download rok_profile_picture.png, then set it as your profile picture in Rise of Kingdoms without zooming or dragging it. The padding is already sized for the game’s crop, so leaving it untouched gives you the framing shown in the preview.

Prepare an image for your Rise of Kingdoms profile picture.

OptionTypeRequiredDescription
imageimageYesThe image you want to use as your in-game profile picture.
zoomnumberNoHow much padding to add (1.0 = no padding, 1.1 = default, max 1.5). Lower = more zoomed in.

The reply is only visible to you, so it will not clutter the channel.

  • “Please upload a valid image file” - the attachment was not recognized as an image. Use a PNG, JPG, or WEBP.
  • “That image is too large” - uploads must be under 20 MB. Resize or re-export the picture and try again.
  • The picture still looks cut off in-game - make sure you uploaded rok_profile_picture.png and did not zoom or move it on the game’s crop screen. If you want more of the image visible, run /pfp again with a higher zoom value.
